French GDP rose a provisional 0.1 pct in the second quarter after a 0.4 pct first quarter increase, the statistics office Insee said in a second estimate. If GDP remains unchanged throughout this year, full year GDP would be up 1.2 pct from the year before. The figures were unchanged from those reported on August 12 and exactly met economists' expectations.
