Other dollar rates compared with late Friday: --109.31 Japanese yen, up from 109.13 --1.2681 Swiss francs, down from 1.2741 --1.2356 Canadian dollars, up from 1.2328 The British pound was quoted at US$1.8284, up from US$1.8221. Gold traded in London at US$439.35 bid per troy ounce, up from US$438.60 on Friday. In Zurich the bid price was US$439.15, down from US$440.50.
