Spanish industrial orders rose 7.6 percent year-on-year in April the National Statistics Institute (INE) said on Friday. Orders in March were revised up to 8.5 percent year-on-year from 8.2 percent reported a month ago. INE began publishing industrial orders in 2003 as a measure of trends in future demand in various industrial sectors excluding construction. Data is obtained through a survey sent to more than 13,000 industrial firms each month.|||
