German Economy Minister Wolfgang Clement said on Monday he expected German March unemployment to be lower than a year earlier. He also expected unemployment to drop by at least 100,000 in 2004 compared to 2003, Clement told reporters during a visit to Bucharest. "At the end of March we will see that seasonally adjusted unemployement will be lower than a year earlier," he said.||
