TOKYO, Feb 5 - Bank of Japan Governor Toshihiko Fukui said on Thursday it was possible that Japan's economy scored relatively strong growth in the three months to December. But he added that the economy usually showed an adjustment after a period of strong growth and that it would be necessary to watch how it performed until the end of March to make an accurate assessment. "I believe it is possible to see relatively strong numbers for October-December gross domestic product," he said. "But considering there may be an adjustment afterwards, we need to watch how it goes until the end of March and take appropriate measures," he told a news conference after the central bank decided to keep monetary policy unchanged. Private economists expect the economy to show expansion of a real annualised rate of around five percent for October-December.||
