Business investment in Britain rose by 1.3 percent in the fourth quarter of 2003, taking it 0.6 percent higher than a year earlier, official figures showed on Tuesday. The Office for National Statistics said business investment stood at a seasonally adjusted 28.366 billion pounds in the fourth quarter compared with 28.004 billion pounds in the third. Revised economic growth figures for the fourth quarter will be published on Wednesday at 0930 GMT.///
