PARIS, Feb 11 - Finance Minister Francis Mer said on Wednesday France was experiencing a recovery and that economic data for the fourth quarter of last year would deliver a positive surprise. "Economic recovery is here," Mer said during parliamentary question time. "We will have the results of the fourth quarter very shortly. I think that you will be rather positively surprised." French fourth quarter gross domestic product (GDP) figures are due to be published on Thursday.||
