TOKYO, Jan 22 - Japan's Vice Finance Minister Masakazu Hayashi said on Thursday foreign exchange markets will likely be a discussion topic at next month's Group of Seven industrial nations' finance ministers' meeting. "There will be wide debate on economies as a whole, and during this it is natural that there may be debate on currencies," he told reporters at a regular news conference. He added that Japan is in regular contact with U.S. and European authorities over currencies, and reiterated that Japan will act against sudden moves in the foreign exchange markets./
