BRUSSELS, Jan 20 - Pedro Solbes, European Economic and Monetary Affairs Commissioner, said on Tuesday he did not expect any excessive movements on foreign exchange markets. Solbes also told reporters on his way into a meeting of European Union finance ministers he did not have any comments on the euro's reaction to Monday's joint statement by the Eurogroup of finance ministers and the European Central Bank. "We expect no excessive exchange rate movements," Solbes said.//
