ANKARA, Jan 13 - The head of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) said on Tuesday the dollar's weakness was affecting many countries, not only those of the euro zone. Donald Johnston, on a visit to Turkey, also said the main concern was over the speed of the fall against other world currencies rather than the actual level.//
