NEW YORK, Dec 17 - The euro climbed to a new record high against the dollar on Wednesday as the greenback continues to sell-off in the face of low interest rates in the United States versus many of its peers. The euro rose 0.40 percent against the dollar to $1.2371 according to data. This is the euro's 12th record high in the last 14 trading sessions.//
