ZURICH, Nov 6 - Consumer sentiment in Switzerland improved to minus 28 points in the fourth quarter from minus 35 in the third quarter, the government said on Thursday, pointing to a slight improvement in the Swiss domestic sector. The index, which is compiled on a quarterly basis from a survey of some 1,000 households, had been expected to improve as concerns over unemployment were offset by hopes that Switzerland would pull out of a double-dip recession early next year.||
