PARIS, Nov 4 - French national statistics body INSEE said on Tuesday its index of consumer morale fell to a six-month low in October in the latest piece of bad news on the euro zone's second largest economy. INSEE said its index stood at minus 29 in October compared to minus 27 in September. It last hit minus 29 in April.//
