PARIS, Nov 3 - Sales of new cars in France fell 1.9 percent last month in an ongoing slack economy that discouraged buyers, the CCFA car manufacturer association said on Monday. Sales fell to 184,706 units in October from 188,209 units in the same month last year. France's biggest car maker PSA Peugeot Citroen posted a 9.8 percent drop in new car sales in the month but sales rose 10.9 percent at domestic rival Renault .||
