TOKYO, Nov 21 - Bank of Japan Governor Toshihiko Fukui said on Friday the economy was moving in line with the central bank's October scenario, in which it said the economy would recover but at a gradual pace. "We have deepened our confidence that the economy will move according to our scenario over the coming year," he told a news conference. Earlier on Friday the central bank gave a brighter view of the economy, saying it was starting to recover on rising exports and a recovery in capital spending.
"The economy is starting to recover gradually," the bank said in its November economic report. In October the BOJ said the foundations for a gradual economic recovery were coming into place.//
