BANGKOK, Nov 10 - The Group of 10 central bank governors are very confident growth is picking up at a global level and will continue for "the time to come", European Central Bank President Jean-Claude Trichet said on Monday. "We have very much confidence at the global level that growth is picking up and that recovery is gaining momentum," Trichet told reporters after a meeting of G10 central bankers in Bangkok. "I would say that this is true for all main regions of the world, with the third quarter of this year being the quarter that we have materialisation of acceleration of growth," he added.//
