BRUSSELS, Oct 8 - Belgium's Guy Quaden, a member of the governing council of the European Central Bank, said on Wednesday there were "few questions and comments" about the euro four years ago when it was trading about the same level as it is now. "The exchange rate today is more or less the same than the exchange rate of the euro vs dollar at the start of the euro four years ago," Quaden, who is Belgium's central bank governor, told reporters on the sidelines of a news conference. "And at that time, with the same exchange rate level, there were I think few questions and comments about the exchange rate of the euro and the possible implications for economic growth, exports and so on," Quaden added. The dollar fell within a cent of this year's all-time lows against the euro on Wednesday.//
