TOKYO, Oct 7 - Overall household spending in Japan rose 1.0 percent in August from the same month a year earlier in real terms, the government said on Tuesday. The average household spent 301,345 yen ($2,715) during the month, the Ministry of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications said. In nominal terms, overall household spending was up 0.6 percent. On a seasonally adjusted basis, spending rose by a real 4.3 percent from July.//
