LONDON, Oct 2 - The euro held steady against the dollar and the yen on Thursday after the European Central Bank left interest rates unchanged, as widely expected by the market. By 1150 GMT the euro stood at $1.1682 against the dollar , just off the day's low. Against the yen, it stood at 129.84 . The ECB will hold a news conferece at 1230 GMT.//
