TOKYO, Oct 15 - Japanese Finance Minister Sadakazu Tanigaki said on Wednesday that Japan will continue to act against sudden moves in foreign exchange markets and has plenty of money available to intervene. "There have been speculative moves in markets recently," he told reporters at a regular news conference. "We will act appropriately and in a timely way against sudden moves." He said that recent comments by U.S. President George W. Bush showed there was no change in the U.S. strong dollar policy, adding that Japan's intervention was understood internationally.//
