TOKYO, May 27 - Japan's top financial diplomat, Zembei Mizoguchi, said on Tuesday that Japanese authorities will take necessary action on the currency market as needed to prevent excessive swings in exchange rates. "Generally speaking, there seem to be more speculative moves in the market. We will keep a close eye on the market to prevent excessive moves or volatility," Mizoguchi, the vice finance minister for international affairs, told reporters at the ministry.
"We remain prepared to take necessary action when needed," he said.//
