BERLIN, May 15 - German Finance Minister Hans Eichel said on Thursday the government's planned tax cuts in 2004 and 2005 would go ahead despite tax estimates released showing huge holes in Germany's budget. He added Germany had not entered a recession. Germany's revised tax revenues for the period 2003 to 2006 are 126.4 billion euros ($143.4 billion) below the level previously forecast, the finance ministry said on Thursday.//
