Crude oil prices climbed back to earlier highs in London tonight, after an Iraqi parliamentary committee recommended rejection of the UN resolution on arms inspection At 5.55 pm, benchmark Brent crude contracts for December delivery were trading up 54 cents on the day at USD24.12 a barrel, compared with USD24.13 in midday trade
