12 June 2002, 11:34   The Dow Jones and the Nasdaq ended a miserable day deep

in the red with blue chips down 128.14 points or 1.33% at 9517.26 and the Nasdaq off 33.51 points or 2.19% at 1497.18 after both indices started the session with solid gains. At the start of the session Dow had lifted to gains of 113 points while Nasdaq gained 15 before investor enthusiasm waned. Key large cap stocks such as GE and IBM traded below key levels, The S&P 500 ended down 17.14 points or 1.66% at 1013.60. //MarketNews
