Japan's preliminary diffusion index of leading indicators stood at 66.7 in February, up from 66.0 in January, the government reported Friday. The index was above the key 50 level for the second consecutive month. The preliminary coincident index for February stood at a preliminary 33.3, up from 10.0 in January.
