Bad news from Sprint combined with still building "Enronitis" sent shares lower Tuesday in heavy and choppy trading. The S&P 500 fell 4.42, or 0.4 percent, to 1090.02. The Dow Industrials slipped 1.66 to 9685.43 while the Nasdaq Composite fell 17.01, or 0.9 percent, to 1838.52.
