The yen ended the week close to 39-moth lows Friday, as the dollar threatened to break above the key Y135.00 level. With little fresh incentives for dealers, the yen continued to move lower. The euro traded lower in Tokyo, testing two-month lows against the dollar before bouncing slightly.
