TOKYO (AFX-ASIA) - The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said total construction orders in November fell 6.9 pct year-on-year after falling 4.0 pct in October.
The ministry provided the following breakdown for November, compared with the data for the previous month:
Domestic:
Private sector - down 5.3 pct vs up 5.8
Public sector - down 26.4 pct vs down 23.7
Total - down 11.7 pct vs down 5.7
