MUNICH (AFX) - Ifo chief economist Gernot Nerb said it is still too early to speak of a recovery in the German economy, after the West German Ifo business climate index rose to 84.9 in November from 84.7 in October. "It would need at least three months' consecutive moves in the same (upward) direction in order to speak of a recovery," Nerb said.
