The Bond Market Association Monday confirmed its previous recommendation for an early market close at 2 p.m. ET on Monday, December 24, and a full close on Tuesday, December 25. The BMA also recommends an early close for New Years Eve, Monday, December 31 and a full close on Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2002.
