BRUSSELS (AFX) - The euro zone's unemployment rate was unchanged in August from July at 8.3 pct and was down from 8.7 pct a year earlier, the EU statistics office Eurostat said. For the EU-15 the August rate of 7.6 pct was also unchanged from July and was down from 8.1 pct a year earlier.
