FRANKFURT (AFX) - The finance ministry will not change the conditions of Germany's UMTS licenses, a ministry spokesman said. "For us, the UMTS in Germany is already a done deal. We're not changing anything in it," a finance ministry spokeswoman said, in reaction to the French government plan to change the conditions of France UMTS licenses.
