TOKYO (AFX-ASIA) - An estimated 70 pct of the results for the Bank of Japan Tankan survey of business sentiment were returned after the Sept 11 terrorist attacks on the US, a bank official said. The official added that the bank did not ask additional questions of the 30 pct of firms that returned their survey before the attacks.
