PARIS (AFX) - French finance minister Laurent Fabius said he is delighted by the recent decline of crude oil prices and said that although he is not pessimistic about the country's economic prospects he remains cautious. "It is necessary above all to be very, very cautious because there are many uncertain elements," Fabius told journalists.
