TOKYO (AFX-ASIA) - Finance Minister Masajuro Shiokawa said he believes the current dollar/yen level is a "little high" and he wants to seek the views of other major economies on developments in the forex markets. "I think the current level of the dollar/yen is a little high. I want to ask other major economies (countries) about the current situation in the markets," Shiokawa said. "I think there seems to be a downward trend in the dollar given the moves seen on the markets," he added.
