FRANKFURT (AFX) - Germany's keenly watched Ifo institute survey of business confidence will contain responses made after the US terror attacks, an Ifo institute spokeswoman said. She said approximately 25 pct of the responses to the August survey came after the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, which are expected to have a strong impact on business confidence. The spokesman added that Ifo is hoping to also issue these responses separately from the main survey, which will contain the responses made both before and after the attacks. The Ifo index is expected to be released tomorrow at 10.00 am CET, with the AFX consensus of economists expecting a headline business climate index reading of 89.3 compared with 89.8 last month.
