London, Sept. 12 (BridgeNews) - Shares of European stocks moved higher Wednesday, rebounding from lows that hammered the exchanges earlier this week amid cautious optimism that the U.S. government will take appropriate steps to inject money into the economy to prevent a recession in light of the terrorist attacks. The FTSE Eurotop index closed up 21.91 at 1126.72 (+1.98%) and the FTSE 100 up 136.10 at 4882.10 (2.87%).
