TOKYO (AFX-ASIA) - Household spending in June fell 3.8 pct year-on-year, the Cabinet Office said. The largest decliner in the month was spending on communication, which fell 10.4 pct, followed by education, down 8.4 pct, and housing, down 8.2 pct. Spending on insurance rose 4.2 pct, it added.
