TOKYO (AFX-ASIA) - Bank of Japan governor Masaru Hayami said the yen is not too high against the dollar at current levels. "The yen is not too high and if it was, the market would respond to it," he told reporters. Asked about calls from politicians for further monetary easing measures, Hayami said: "It is no use for the BoJ to provide far more funds than it is now."
