TOKYO (AFX-ASIA) - Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi has reached a decision to put together a 2-3 trln yen supplementary budget for the year to March 2002, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun reported, quoting sources close to the prime minister. The formal announcement of a supplementary budget may come before Sept 7, when the Cabinet Office is scheduled to release the second quarter to June GDP, it said.
