Business investment in Q2 rose a provisional 0.8% on the quarter and 2.1% on the year, official data showed. This follows a Q1 fall of 5.1% on the quarter. Investment in services and construction rose but manufacturing investment fell 4.1% on the quarter, while rising 1% on the year.
