New York, Aug. 15 (BridgeNews) - The Dow industrials declined and the Nasdaq fell to its lowest close since April 16 as the latest earnings reports and economic data failed to inspire investors. The Dow Jones industrial average ended down 66.22, or 0.64%, to 10,345.95, and the Nasdaq Composite index closed down 45.64, or 2.32%, to 1918.89. The S&P 500 was down 8.71, or 0.73%, to 1178.02.
