PARIS (AFX) - France's final budget deficit for 2000 was 191.2 bln ffr, compared with an initial projection of a 215 bln ffr budget deficit, said Jean-Jack Queyranne, who presented the final report on last year's budget. Public debt was below 60 pct of total GDP for the second year running, and the public administration spending represented 1.3 pct of GDP compared with 1.6 pct in 1999, measured in terms of the Maastricht Treaty requirements.
