BRUSSELS (AFX) - The euro zone's business climate indicator fell to minus 0.02 in June, from plus 0.06 in May, and against plus 1.75 a year earlier, said the European Commission. The fall is the first negative figure for the indicator in the last two years, pointing to a further deteriorating confidence of industrial firms, it said. "If the business climate indicator remains at this level, growth in industrial production would remain below its 1986-2000 average, but still consistent with positive albeit modest growth," it said.
