London, July 25 (BridgeNews) - The Confederation of British Industry's July survey has shown further signs of deterioration in the U.K.'s manufacturing sector. Both export and total orders fell on the month and optimism fell at its fastest quarterly rate for more than 2 years, the survey showed. The Chairman of the CBI's economic affairs committee Mick Reilly said the sector needed another boost from an interest rate cut.
