EU harmonized consumer prices in June rose 2.2% on the year, down from 2.5% in May as prices of energy and fresh foods declined, the national statistics institute reported. HICP was flat on the month. Seasonally adjusted domestic inflation rose 0.1% on the month and 2.2% on the year, after 2.3% in May.
