Washington, June 27 (BridgeNews) - Former Federal Reserve Governors Alice Rivlin and Lyle Gramley said the Fed may lower interest rates further as the Fed's statement accompanying its one-quarter point interest rate cut did not offer much optimism on the U.S. economic outlook.
