Tokyo, June 28 (BridgeNews) - Japanese shares ended lower on disappointment that the Bank of Japan kept its monetary policy unchanged. The Federal Reserve's decision Wednesday to cut interest rates by 25 basis points, instead of 50 also failed to boost the Japanese market. The Nikkei 225 Stock Average fell 149.10 points, or 1.2%, to 12,679.88.
