Frankfurt, June 25 (BridgeNews) - Germany's consumer price inflation slowed down to an annual 3.1% in June compared with 3.5% in May, according to provisional figures released by the Federal Statistics Office in Wiesbaden Monday. Consumer prices rose in line with forecasts by 0.2% on the month, after a 0.5% jump posted in May. The fall in annual inflation rate was mainly due to a considerably smaller rise in fuel prices on the year, the statistics office said.
