0634 GMT - Euro hits three-week high against dollar in Europe towards $0.8650, boosted after break of key technical resistance on Thursday and after head of leading U.S. manufacturers group called on the U.S. government to relax strong dollar policy, also on Thursday.
- Euro also hits three-week high against yen near 105, yen remains under pressure after BOJ left monetary policy unchanged, but LDP lawmaker Aizawa said the BOJ's decision fell short of what was needed to revive the deteriorating economy.
